Customization Process – From Idea to Shipment

Inquiry Submitted: Client sends detailed inquiry for custom pet house.We will respond to your inquiry within 24 hours.

Confirm via communication: product design, material, dimensions, accessories and functions; then sign the sample order. We suggest finishing the initial communication within 1–3 days.

Sample Approval: Our factory will produce samples according to your requirements. Once completed, we will either send the samples to you or confirm via video call that they meet your expectations.If you are not satisfied, we will revise and reproduce the samples, repeating this process until you are fully satisfied.The initial sample production usually takes 3–7 days.

Bulk Order Confirmation: Sign the sales contract and make the deposit payment.

Mass Production: Our factory will proceed with formal mass production according to your requirements. The lead time is normally 20–35 days.

Quality Inspection: In addition to strict control over raw materials and production, we conduct comprehensive quality inspections after production, including assembly testing, overall stability testing, carton drop test, door function test, waterproof test, sharp edge test, etc. Customers may propose additional testing items as required to ensure product quality meets your expectations.

Goods Shipping:Goods will be shipped to you by sea. The shipping time is normally 25–45 days.

The entire customization process takes approximately 56–91 days from inquiry to delivery, so we recommend placing orders in advance to ensure sufficient stock.
